Rolling Clothing Rack with 2 Distressed Wood Shelves

Clothing rack with plenty of storage space.  Two levels of shelving.  The clothing rack can be assembled by hand in short period of time.  The platforms are removable.  The cross bar is 4ft long, the depth of the axels are 22" and it stands about 67" from the floor. The wheels have breaks.  Hook at the end of the rack for bags, hats or outfits (optional).
